Delivery

The method of shipping used will depend on the weight and size of the package required. The majority of items are sent using 1st class/priority Post or next working day Courier service. A few items may be sent at our discretion using 2nd class/standard Post in order to provide the economical provision of certain items. The Shopping Basket displays the total cost of shipping once items have been added.

When ordering, please ensure you include company name if applicable, full delivery address and contact name/phone number. This is particularly applicable if payment is made through Google Checkout; you can supply this information easily by registering your details on the Filron web site (even if you do not order using the Shopping Basket) or using the Contact Us form.

Filron will normally dispatch your order on the same working day if received before the following times: Filron America - 3pm EST Filron Europe - 16:00 CET Filron UK - 3pm GMT (BST in summer)

Please note:
Filron does not offer 'Free Delivery' as a general rule as it can only be provided by inflating the selling price of the products offered; Filron charges only the actual costs for Post and Packing involved as part of a policy of providing a top value service for quality, discounted products.

We do not charge for delivery on higher value orders - the level of the order value varies with the product range involved.
