Credit or Debit Card payment problems The Credit and Debit Card payment system rarely has problems with processing payments as a result of technical difficulties. Many people pay use our payment system without difficulty every day, so do try to see if you have made an error in spelling etc. Difficulties with payment processing commonly occur due to the incorrect input of payment card details. Please ensure that the 'payment card address' is the same as the 'invoice address' and details such as the card number, expiry date etc are correct and exactly as shown on your card or as required by the online form e.g. for the expiry date year put 2008 not 08.
You can change the delivery name and address to meet your needs – it does not have to be the same as the invoice address. You may wish to try a different payment method - the ordered items should still be in the shopping cart on the site. Please note that we are also able to accept payment by Cheque and Postal Orders if this is a preferable alternative. Remember that there will be no additional cost to you if you choose to use Google Checkout or PayPal – sometimes one or the other will process a payment when you are having difficulty with an alternative method.
